How To Make Sunrise Salad

Ingredients :

• some strawberries
• some grapes
• a banana
• a cup of yoghurt
• some mint leaves

Equipment :

·         a knife

·         a large bowl

·         a small bowl

Steps :

• Wash the fruit and let them dry on paper towels
• Cut the strawberries and grapes in half on two slices
•  Slices the banana into chunks
• Combine all the fruit in a large bowl and mix them
• Take three spoonfuls of mixed fruit and put them in a small bowl
• Add a bit of yoghurt on top of the fruit salad
• Place a small bundle of mint leaves on the yoghurt as a garnish, and sunrise salad is ready to serve
